I would like to take a moment and point out that normally whales don&#039;t eat fish, unless it is microscopic.  Or the whale is a killer.  But aside from that -- not a bad start. :-)

Re. &quot;being double weighted is not only a problem for the feet, your hands could be double weighted too while doing tai chi&quot; -- IMO &quot;double-weighted&quot; really applies to your mind instead of hands or feet.  I would define &quot;becoming double-weighted&quot; as &quot;losing ability to change&quot;, but that&#039;s just my humble opinion.  Herb might disagree, but since he&#039;s allergic to posting thing online, I think I&#039;m fairly safe here... :-)
